Attleboro MA Arts Museum:
Brian Goslow, Editor of Artscope magazine, contacted Richard Kattman in the Spring of 2009 and expressed ebullient interest in producing a special feature on the artist's work. Mr. Goslow suggested that a public exhibition be arranged.
Richard Kattman in Winter 2010, organized a collection of recent large abstract paintings and invited both Mim Fawcett, Director, Attleboro Arts Museum, and Brian Goslow, Artscope, to view the works at the Water Street, Holliston, MA studio.
Mim Fawcett, on seeing the work, enthusiastically produced Scale: Experiencing Size, Surface and Story with Juan Jose Barboza-Gubo, Jodi Colella, and Richard Kattman. The exhibition commenced to rave reviews April 15, 2011to May 7, 2011, at the Attleboro MA Arts Museum, with an Opening April 16. "Brian Goslow on Richard Kattman" appears in Artscope, New England's Culture Magazine 5th Anniversary Issue published March/April 2011.
